Site Access Questions

  • I have lost/forgotten my username and/or password. What should I do now?

    Answer: Please contact our enduser billing support department by email or by phone. Please refer to our contact sheet.

  • How long do I have access to your site?

    Answer: That depends on the plan you choose. If you subscribed to the PeeFall Online Cinema, there are 3 plans available: Plan 1: Monthly subscription - Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on November 14th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on October 15th and we receive your cancellation on October 30th, your account would expire on November 14th. Plans 2 and 3: 3 month and 6 month subscription: You will be billed only once on initial signup. A cancellation is not necessary as this subscriptions will expire automatically. In any case you have full site access until the end of your subscription period. On the other hand if you bought access to one or more DVD downloads: This will be billed only once upon initial signup as you bought a fixed content. From that time on you have one week to download your DVD movies.

  • What company name will I be billed by?

    Answer: Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "Verotel" or "VTL ".

  • How can I change my password or other information on my account?

    Answer: Please send us an Email from the same account you used to sign-up your account and include your username. Email: help@peefall.com

  • How often will I be charged for your services?

  • How do I stop a recurring subscription and charge on my account?

    Answer: Please fill in our cancellation form to immediately cancel your subscription.

  • How do I know that my membership was cancelled?

    Answer: When you use our automated cancel page you will get a confirmation page. Then the system will send a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when you joined.

  • I Cancelled but you are still billing me?

    Answer: Please contact our enduser billing support department by email or by phone. Please refer to our contact sheet.

  • My credit card was used illegally. What should I do now?

    Answer: Please send us an Email which includes your billing statement. Email: help@peefall.com

Technical Issues

  • DivX Video Plug-in

    Answer: Our video content is in DivX/MPEG-4 format. Make sure you have the most recent version of the DivX video package installed. It is available for free from here. Install it onto your system and you will be able to play our videos either with your prefered media player or with the included DivX player.

  • Media Player

    Answer: Our video content is in DivX/MPEG-4 format. As long as you have the DivX Codec installed, you may use any Media Player which is capable of using this codec and playing .avi files. Some of the most prominent players are:

    VLC Media Player: This a free and open-source media player and our recommandation to use! Give it a try and download it for your platform!

    Windows Media Player- Is a technology that produces streaming video and audio files. The WM player will play most types of movies including its native Advanced Streaming Format (ASF), WAV, AVI, Quicktime and RealOne formats. A good all-around choice.

    Quicktime- An audio/video technology developed by Apple, but can also play on any PC. Its versatility and quality of playback are outstanding and its ability to compress large movies into small files is remarkable. You don't need the professional version to watch video, just download the free one.

    RealOne Video- A streaming technology developed by RealNetworks for transmitting live video over the Internet. RealVideo uses a variety of data compression techniques and works with both normal IP connections as well as IP Multicast connections. You don't need the professional version to watch video, just download the free one.

  • Browser Settings

    Answer: Our sites are designed with Firefox users in mind but are carefully tested to work with any other browsers as well as with Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla, Safari, etc. For using all features of our sites, please make sure cookies and javascript are turned on in your browser and you have a recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed.   • Firewall Settings
